For fans of The Thirteenth Floor, Eagle Holiday Special 1986 offered more than that year’s Scream! Holiday Special did. By this point, Max was an established Eagle character and would eventually even be the comic’s ‘editor’ and equivalent to Ghastly McNasty.
This special would offer up a whole standalone story and also a slightly bizarre section where Max gives a bunch of fairly morbid “horrorscopes” for anyone thinking about committing any acts of wrongdoing!
We’re not even reading the rest of it the special but it does seem to have a lot less filler than the Scream! specials.
